Our attorneys have been involved in some of the most complex and high profile liquidations in South Africa.

Our ultimate goal always being to minimise the hardship and maximise the recovery to the creditors. Much of our success in achieving this arises from the conducting of formal enquiries into the affairs of the respective insolvent estates.

From a business rescue perspective, Mark Poole is a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner and has been appointed as a business rescue practitioner in a number of companies and close corporations, all of which have had their business rescue plans successfully adopted. Mark Poole has also presented to various groups of creditors on business rescue and is often called upon to give advice to creditors and financial institutions who are exposed to entities in business rescue.
