Our Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation Division functions as an ‘Intensive Care Unit’ rendering urgent, expert and dedicated services to our corporate clients.
Services are rendered from our Umhlanga, Sandton and Cape Town offices, and the specialised services of this division include Contract and Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation. The establishment of an Intellectual Property Law division in 2002 enables us to protect our clients’ business interests by identifying and facilitating the registration of Intellectual Property as well as enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.
