We provide tailor-made solutions for the sale of any particular asset, and our services include valuations and appraisals by a national network of professionals. We meet the demands of the modern customer by using internet technology to ensure expediency and cost efficiency. Over the past 12 months In2assets have sold properties in excess of R500 million.

Hennie specialises in Liquidations and Commercial Law and has taken appointments as liquidator and administrator of insolvent estates since 1989. He has been administering large insolvent estates for the past 20 years. Hennie became the CEO/Chairman in 2001 and under his leadership Strauss Daly has established itself as a national law firm in South Africa and gained significant market shares with a client base of leading financial institutions, private and listed companies and parastatals.”

    Robert Laubsher obtained his LLB degree from the University Pretoria in 1992, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1995 and as a conveyancer in 2002. Robert joined Strauss Daly in 2009 and heads up the Pretoria branch. He is highly experienced in the fields of Corporate Recoveries, Business Rescue, Liquidations and Standard Conveyancing practice.     Vian Charl Tee studied at The University of Stellenbosch where he obtained his LLB Degree. He also has a Higher Certificate in Agriculture from Elsenburg Agricultural College in Stellenbosch.     Viloshnee Naidu obtained her LLB from the University of Durban in 2000 and joined De Villiers, Evans and Petit as a candidate attorney, gaining experience within general litigation with a particular focus on banking, insurance and RAF claims. In 2009, with a goal to focus more on banking litigation, Viloshnee joined Strauss Daly as an associate. She was promoted to director in 2010 and is currently running the Banking Litigation department, litigating on behalf of all major financial institutions within South Africa.

    Riané obtained her BCom LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch, thereafter she graduated from the Cape Town Day School for Legal Practice (“LSSA Lead”). She then went on to do an internship in Bern, Switzerland at a Law Firm, returning home early in the year 2018, where she joined Strauss Daly, Cape Town, in the Conveyancing Department. Riané is now based in Durban, focusing on Collections and Debt Recoveries.
