    Andile Khoza has a B.Proc LLB and is a practising Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 1996. He was appointed in 1994 and is a Senior Equity Partner, MANCO member, a member of the Transformation Committee and Head of the Corporate Services department at the Strauss Daly Group. Andile, who specialises in corporate advisory services, forensic audit and investigative services, is also chairman of the Tax Board, a member of the ANC Legal Desk, a member of the Progressive Business Forum and part of the Strauss Daly Ubuntu Foundation.

    Dinesha Deeplal obtained her LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in constitutional and human rights legislation at the same university. She is an accredited SETA assessor and moderator and has completed an advanced course in construction contracts at the University of Pretoria. Dinesha has been a practising attorney since 2010. She joined Strauss Daly in 2008 and works in the corporate advisory and forensic services department as an associate. She is also the coordinator of the tender committee and the head of the Strauss Daly Academy. Dinesha specialises in public and private law, supply chain instrumentation, supply chain capacitation, supply chain dispute resolution mediation, arbitration, Magistrates Court, Labour Court and High Court litigation, due diligence, forensic investigations, governance and compliance advice.     Najee obtained both his LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and in 2017, commenced his articles of clerkship with Legal Aid South Africa. He was duly admitted as an attorney in March 2020.
    Najee currently works as a professional assistant in the corporate advisory and forensic services department and has gained experience in both litigation and transaction advisory matters.
    Furthermore, Najee has gained experience in both the public and private sectors by way of exposure and engagement in compliance advisory, reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements, drafting memoranda and opinions in the due course of general corporate advisory. He is a passionate scholar of the legal profession and is continuously fine-tuning his skills towards specializing in corporate law, public procurement law and construction procurement.

    Chad was admitted as an Attorney in February 2022 and has garnered experience in Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, High Court and Labour Court litigation and advisory, Construction Law dispute resolution and advisory (focusing primarily on GCC 2010, GCC 2015, NEC3 PSC and JBCC based Contracts) and Public Procurement advisory and litigation from Demand Management through Contract Management phases. In April 2023, Chad was promoted to the position of associate and thereafter in April 2024 to Senior Associate.
    Chad has successfully championed critically sensitive matters for Senior Level Government Clients from the National, Provincial and Local spheres of Government, as well as Blue Chip and indigent Private Clients alike.
    Chad obtained his Master of Laws (cum laude) in Public Procurement Policy and Regulation from Stellenbosch University, with focus on regulatory compliance, anti-corruption measures and international procurement instruments.
