An important part of Strauss Daly’s corporate policy is its commitment to the effective transfer of skills, with a specific bias towards the transfer of skills to previously disadvantaged groups.
Projects currently under way include the development of an Enterprise Development Toolkit for the benefit of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME), which SMME Toolkit introduces and familiarises SMME’s with legal concepts vital for the successful operation of such SMME’s business. On completion, the SMME Toolkit will arm SMME’s with knowledge of such important legal concepts as well as empower those SMME’s to make sound legal decisions and avoid legal pitfalls.
Strauss Daly is also developing an Enterprise Development Toolkit for small black owned law firms. This Attorney Toolkit contains the fruits of the many years of experience that Strauss Daly has accumulated in its rise to its current status as a leading law firm in Durban. The aim of this project is to afford small black owned law firms the opportunity to learn from Strauss Daly’s success story.
Further to the above projects Strauss Daly is committed to its corporate social responsibility, in line with Strauss Daly’s social investment policy.
