  Our Forensic Investigative Division consists of a legal team with diverse skills.  The division was formed in response to a growing demand from our clients for a service that goes beyond the traditional concept of litigation to encompass an integrated and comprehensive approach to problem solving. 

DISTINGUISHING SERVICES

Our approach is recovery driven and our professional team combines investigative, litigation and commercial expertise. We have incorporated a Forensic and Investigative Service in a legal firm.  All investigations focus on recovery of losses.  A preliminary investigation would be carried out and a preliminary report prepared whereafter immediate steps are taken to secure the ill-gotten gains. 

A factual concise investigative report is prepared containing statements from witnesses.  The report can be used in criminal, disciplinary and legal proceedings.

Expert legal, auditing and investigative expertise are utilised in investigations, all under one roof.

All documentation generated during the investigation is protected by legal privilege.
